This nice comfortable downhill par four should be seen as the second birdie opportunity in a row for the better players. That said accuracy is always important as there are a pair of fairway bunkers on the right and four guarding the green.
Chipping or pitching from short range when the pin is at the front will test the best of players.
“With the prevailing wind behind, strong players will find this hole easily drivable and even a long iron or fairway wood can get close. If you can hit a long ball beyond the front of the green it can be an advantage when the flag is cut at the front of the green as this where the slope is at its most severe”
